The following contract conditions will apply
- At time of space being offered a £30 admin fee must be paid (non refundable).
- Parents to subscribe to a minimum of 2 sessions per week (a full day is one session).
- Parents to pay for a full session even if they choose to use the service for fewer hours.
- One month’s notice is required from parents who wish to leave the nursery.
- One month’s notice is required if a parent wishes to change the number of sessions they require (albeit if they wish to enrol their children for more sessions this could be available sooner, subject to availability and mutual agreement).
- No discounts will be awarded to parents.
- No refund is available for holidays / sickness.
- Bank Holidays charged at normal rate.
- Snack is charged at £0.50p (morning and afternoon – £1 a day opt in/opt out)
- If parents collect their child/ren late a fee will apply. (you must be in the queue at time of end of session otherwise the fee will apply)
